
With 25+ years' experience, Scott's focus is to serve as part of an organization's Senior leadership committing to play an integral role in mission-based organizations focused achieving major milestones, whether capital raising, financial management or evolving operations. His expertise is in serving companies to develop and execute strategic plans by instilling operational rigor and helping to build and leverage high performing teams.
Scott currently serves as Head of CISO Financial Operations for Global CISO Microsoft Security. Prior to joining the Microsoft CISO organization, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership for LeagueApps where he led Company-wide Financial Strategy and Operations, Business Operations, Corp. Development and Legal Affairs. Scott’s focus throughout his tenure was increasing profitability and operating efficiencies, ultimately co-leading the recent major investment from AKKR.
Scott joined LeagueApps after serving as Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dataminr, a leading AI Event and Threat Detection Company where he served as a member of the Senior Leadership and Deal Team Member for the Series F capital raise and development of the Finance function.
Prior to Dataminr, Scott served as Chief Administrative Officer of Global Technology and Chief Financial Officer of the Investment Engine at Bridgewater Associates during his 7+ year tenure at the firm helping to evolve the organizations' structure and approach to financial management.
In earlier roles, Scott served across Strategy, and Finance at the General Electric Company, and General Atlantic LLC, a pioneer and leading global growth equity investor.

Scott serves as a Vice Commander in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, serves on the Advisory Board of Youth Sports Technology Leader SportsID. Scott has previously served as a Founding Board Member of LivFree, and the Board of Advisors for Roger Williams University.

Scott's personal mission is to Serve his fellow citizen, Country and broader global community.

Scott holds a BA from Roger Williams University as well as an MBA and Master of International Business from the University of Maryland. Scott has additionally earned Executive Certificates at Columbia University Graduate School of Business and Tulane University Law School.
Scott has trained with the USCG Aux across a broad curriculum including Leadership, Security, and Emergency Management.
Scott resides with his family in Connecticut where he enjoys sports, cooking and woodworking.
